About Art Boards

Art Boards are easy-to-use online filing cabinets to help gather, organize and manage artwork.

Multiple Art Boards can be created to organizer and share internally during the art selection and review process. When finished, visitors can then submit their Art Board(s) to MHS in order to request additional materials or simply to confirm availability in their product categories.

Save Artwork

Save your favorite images into Art Boards for later reference. Create multiple Boards to help manage and organize your selections.
Share Art Boards

Share your Art Boards internally with team members to help your organization navigate the ongoing art review process.
Submit Art Boards

Submit your selections to MHS for follow-up. For example, check availability, request hi-res or for additional materials.
Archive & Activate

Archive your Art Boards for later, or activate archived and submitted Art Boards in order to revisit previous selections.
