Pat Pauley

The beauty of nature is evident in the wildlife and landscape paintings of artist Pat Pauley. Pat is an easy-going guy who enjoys hunting, fishing, photography, horse riding and the shooting sports. He grew up in Western Iowa where he now lives with his wife Sandy and their five children. His award winning paintings are well-known and collected for their inspiring compositions and strong use of light. Pat gets his inspiration for his paintings from his own experiences in nature and is passionate about conserving and preserving the hunting and fishing traditions he enjoys so much. Pat is an active conservationist supporting numerous organizations with fundraising and donations of artwork. In the past 5 years alone, Pat’s artwork has been used to raise an estimated $5 million for conservation efforts and preservation of wildlife habitat.
North American wildlife such as deer, elk, grizzlies, fox, and mountain lions are some of his favorite subjects to paint. Pat also enjoys painting horses, song birds, turkeys, pheasants, ducks and western scenes.

Pat’s paintings are held in public and private collections. Pat takes commissions and does some exhibiting of his work at select art shows such as: Wyoming Governors Art Show at the Cheyenne Old West Museum, NatureWorks Art Show in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Waterfowl Festival in Easton, Maryland, as well as others, locally and across the country.
